Tirumala Tirupati Brahmotsavam 2024 Schedule

  1. Day 1 (October 22): on the first day of the festival there will be two important events. First of all at 4:00 AM Dwajarohanam (Flag Hoisting Ceremony) will take place. Then following this at 5:00 AM Garuda Vahanam (Lord Venkateswara Carried on a Garuda Chariot) will be completed.
  2. Day 2 (October 23): on the second day the events will be scheduled for the evening. The events will include Rathotsavam in which Lord Venkateswara will be Carried on a Chariot at 4:00 PM and then Gaja Vahanam i.e. Lord Venkateswara will be Carried on an Elephant at 7:00 PM.
  3. Day 3 (October 24): on day 3 which is October 24, Loed Venkateshwara will be carried on a swan first at 6:00 PM and then on a lion at 8:00 PM. These rituals are known as Hamsa Vahanam and Simha Vahanam respectively.
  4. Day 4 (October 25): On the 25th of October Andal Utsavam will take place at noon and after that Lord Venkateshwara will be carried on a flower chariot which is known as Pushpa Vahanam at 3:00 PM.
  5. Day 5 (October 26): on this day there will be a huge chariot show carrying Lord Venkateshwara, his brother Baaji, and his consorts. This is known as Pancha Rathotsavam and is scheduled from  4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  6. Day 6 (October 27): On the sixth day Garuda Sesha Vahanam (Lord Venkateswara Carried on a Chariot with a Serpent) and Kalpavriksha Vahanam (Lord Venkateswara Carried on a Chariot with a Wish-Fulfilling Tree) are scheduled. The timings for these rituals are 4:00 AM  and 7:00 AM respectively.
  7. Day 7 (October 28): On day seven Garuda Sesha Vahanam will again be performed but at 4:00 PM and then Hanumatha Vahanam will take place at 7:00 PM.
  8. Day 8 (October 29): on this day firstly Chakra Snanam will be performed in which Lord Venkateswara will be Bathed in a Lotus Pond. it is scheduled for 5:00 AM. Following this Sahasra Deepalankara Seva (Lord Venkateswara Decorated with a Thousand Lamps) at 7:00 PM will complete.
  9. Day 9 (October 30): On the last day Sowbhagya Vahanam (Lord Venkateswara Carried on a Chariot with a Goddess of Prosperity) will be performed at 9:00 AM and after this, With Balipratipada the festival will end at 1:00 PM.
